We are always happy to address any questions or concerns any of our client may have. Over the years there have been questions that have come up frequently, for your convenience we have listed some of the more popular questions and answers below.
What happens after I paid my deposit online?
We will be in contact within 24 hours (excluding weekends) to confirm your deposit and availability of your chosen travel package.
Can we contact you to discuss the package we have just paid for?
We are reachable on email or contact numbers as per the details under our "Contact us" page.
Does it matter if I book from outside the country?
No not at all! With technology nowadays it is very easy to communicate via phone, email or skype and we deliver your documents via courier to your door.
How long does it take before I get my documentation once I have paid my final amounts due?
Documents will be delivered to you by courier between 7-14 days from the time that we received your final payment. Unless it is a last minute booking, we might have to email you e-vouchers should there not be enough time to send you our fabulous travel gift boxes.
Would I be able to get a refund should I not be happy to continue with my reservation?
Yes, we require an email requesting the refund, with documentation as per our refund policy. Refunds are done within 48 hours of your request.
